We like to use splashes of colour to bring life and personality into our homes. This house was empty and uncared for when we found it. It needed lots of TLC to turn it into the vibrant, happy home it is today. But we just love breathing life back into old houses!

This 3 bed semi has been transformed into a gorgeous 5 bed multiple dwelling house for young professionals. We designed the space to enhance the opportunity for interaction, social engagement and feeling good. We used colour to create unique spaces within this home.
In this house, every tenant has their own front door! This house is a classic example of an unloved property being brought back to life. It had been empty for 2 years and was in dire need of repair before we waved our wand and filled it with vibrant young professionals.

This charming cottage is home to a wonderful family and has been for several years. The tenants love knowing that if anything goes wrong in their home, the answer is only a phone call away.
We usually fix any issues on the same day or the following day. We really want to look after our tenants, and we want to look after their wonderful home too!
